Did you know?
Working on this film was no ordinary assignment for makeup artist Julie Pearce. First of all, she had never done realistic fight makeup before. So prior to filming she spent hours studying UFC bouts to see what kind of makeup effects she would need to apply. Second, during filming Helena Bonham Carter insisted Pearce apply all her eye makeup with her non-dominant left hand. This was because the actress felt her character Marla was not the type who would be overly concerned with her appearance.
These terms include actor, character, and director names; other people, places, and things encountered in the storyline; themes, ideas, and subject matter handled in the movie — basically, anything that seems reasonable.
