Here's a word search on the country of Cambodia. The puzzle grid hides 20 words and phrasesAmputee, Baguette, Blind Clinic, Buddhism, Football,
Footwear, French, Great Lake, Guerrilla, Killing Fields,
Landmine, Monarchy, Mopeds, Phnom Penh, Pol Pot,
Southeast Asia, Temple, Textiles, Folk Dance, Khmer
associated with Cambodia. But there's a twist. Only 18 of these 20 words are actually listed. So you're on your own to find the 2 unlisted ones. A full solution is provided if you get stuck.

By the way, we designed this puzzle to be easily read. Both the puzzle grid and word list are in large 17-point font size. And the puzzle grid, which is 22×20 letters, spans the entire width of the page. This way you won't have to squint.

Fun Facts About Cambodia

  • Tarantulas are a popular snack in Cambodia. They say it tastes like crab or chicken.
  • Cambodians drive on the right side of the road, just like in the US. But most cars have steering wheels on the right due to massive imports from Japan and Thailand. This creates a chaotic driving environment where drivers must navigate traffic from the passenger side.
  • Cambodia's Mekong River is home to the endangered Irrawaddy dolphin. There are only around 90–100 of these unique freshwater dolphins left in the world. Locals believe they're reincarnated humans and protect them.
  • Cambodia is often called the Land of Smiles because it is home to some of the friendliest people in Southeast Asia. This is in stark contrast to the country's dark "Killing Fields" reputation under the genocidal Khmer Rouge regime of 1975–79.
  • Cambodian currency has no coins, only paper notes.
