Do you remember the Garbage Pail Kids? They were a series of satirical trading cards created in 1985 as a parody of the more popular Cabbage Patch Kids dolls. You'll recall they had strange names. Some were funny, some were weird, and some were downright grotesque. At any rate, we thought it would be fun to make a word search puzzle out of them.
This word search is themed. It hides the names of 20 Garbage Pail KidsArmed Arnold, Booger Brian, Carol-Sel, Cast Away Jay, Dirty Harry,
Duster Dorothy, Hard-Boiled Meg, Harry Potty, Jordan Nuts, Marshy Mel,
Pearl Oyster, Picky Nicky, Puzzled Paul, Shane Shovel, Toilet Tommy,
Tongue Tied Tara, Umbilical Corey, Yicchy Mickey, Juan Percent, Pat Splat. Our personal favorite is PICKY NICKY.
But here's the twist: Only 18 of these 20 names are actually listed. So you're on your own to find the 2 unlisted names. A full solution is provided if you get stuck.
The puzzle grid is 22×20 letters and spans the entire page. It is printer-friendly. As long as your computer can open PDF files and your printer is loaded with standard 8.5" × 11" paper, you are all set to start solving.
