Here are three new entries with definitions and sample sentences. There are seventeen others in the puzzle. Are you familiar with them all?
● BRAIN FOOD any foodstuff containing nutrients believed to promote brain function. Many nutritionists categorize fatty fish and leafy green vegetables as brain foods because they are said to boost cognitive functioning.
● GIRL POWER a cultural concept celebrating female independence, confidence and empowerment. Her memoir celebrated girl power in Olympic athletes.
● TEXT MESSAGE an electronic communication sent and received by mobile phone over a cellular network. At the last minute his boss sent him a text message changing the meeting time.
