Here are three new entries with definitions and sample sentences. There are seventeen others in the puzzle. Are you familiar with them all?
● COMFORT ZONE a psychological state where a person feels secure, at ease, and in control of their environment, with low levels of stress and anxiety. For personal growth, you have to be willing to step outside your comfort zone and try new things.
● GUILT TRIP a form of emotional manipulation where a person tries to control another person's behavior by making them feel guilty. She tried to guilt trip her brother into doing her chores by talking about how tired she felt.
● INNER CHILD the childlike part of your personality that retains the experiences, memories, emotions and beliefs from your youth. To truly grow, you must nuture your inner child through self-care and play.
