Here are three new entries with definitions and sample sentences. There are seventeen others in the puzzle. Are you familiar with them all?
● DRYER SHEET a single-use, disposable square of fabric coated with chemical softeners and fragrances that transfers to clothes in the heated tumble of a clothes dryer, reducing static cling and leaving a fresh scent. Don't forget to add a dryer sheet to your laundry hamper and kitchen trash can to help keep musty smells from building up.
● PLUMBER'S BUTT the phenomenon where the top of a person's buttocks are visible due to their pants being too low-waisted, causing them to pull down when the person bends over. The children giggled when the repairman knelt down to look under the sink, because it revealed his plumber's butt.
● SNOW ANGEL an angel-like pattern imprinted on the snow's surface, created by lying on your back in fresh snow and making sweeping motions with your outstretched arms and legs. After the first snowfall of the year, the children headed out to the park to make snow angels.
