Here are three new entries with definitions and sample sentences. There are seventeen others in the puzzle. Are you familiar with them all?
● CLAYMATION a method of animation in which flexible clay figures are filmed one frame at a time after slightly altering their position, so as to create the illusion of movement when the frames are played in rapid succession. Children's TV shows like "Gumby" and "Davey and Goliath" are classic examples of a type of stop-motion photography known as claymation.
● PRENUP a legally binding contract entered into by a couple before they marry, concerning the ownership of their respective assets should the marriage fail. The divorce attorney successfully argued in court that the prenup is nullified because the spouse signed it under duress.
● UPSELLING a sales tactic where a business encourages customers to purchase a more expensive product, an upgrade, or an additional item in order to make a more profitable sale. He hated going to that electronics store because the salespeople always tried upselling him.
