● BIG GUY a colloquial and informal term for someone in charge or with authority. The salesmen at the shady used car lot all knew 10% goes to the big guy.
● HOT HAND a term which describes a player's perceived streak of success. Investors bought every stock the fund manager recommended, believing he had a hot hand.
● JAZZ TAP a tap dance style emphasizing fluid, rhythmic movements and improvisation, drawing from both jazz music and the expressive qualities of jazz dance. The dance studio offered jazz tap lessons to introduce students to the captivating fusion that blurred the lines between music and dance.
